Selon des informations rapportées par RTL et confirmées par une source policière, deux individus non identifiés lui ont volé sa montre de luxe, estimée à 150 000 euros.



Lors de l’altercation, le chef, qui a tenté de résister, a été légèrement blessé. Il a déposé plainte pour vol aggravé au commissariat de Versailles.



Ce n’est malheureusement pas la première fois que Zanoni est victime de violences. En 2022, son domicile avait été pris d’assaut par quatre hommes masqués, et son épouse avait été menacée avec une arme blanche.



Cette nouvelle agression relance le débat sur l’insécurité croissante en région parisienne, y compris dans des zones résidentielles privilégiées.

Celebrity Italian chef Simone Zanoni, head of the prestigious Le George restaurant in Paris, was violently assaulted outside his home in Yvelines on the evening of Tuesday, August 12. According to reports from RTL and a police source, two unidentified assailants stole his luxury watch, valued at €150,000.



During the altercation, Zanoni, who tried to resist, sustained minor injuries. He has since filed a complaint for aggravated theft at the Versailles police station.



This is not the first time the chef has been targeted. In 2022, his home was raided by four masked men, and his wife was threatened with a bladed weapon.



This latest attack reignites concerns over rising insecurity in the Paris region, including affluent residential areas.
