Malgré un but signé Vincent Aboubakar, Hatayspor n’a pas pu éviter la défaite ce week-end face à Gaziantep (2-1), lors de la 31e journée de la Super Lig turque, a appris cameroun24.

Le Lion Indomptable, aligné en pointe, a pourtant ouvert le score pour son équipe à la 38e minute, inscrivant par la même occasion son 7e but de la saison en championnat.

Mais les locaux de Gaziantep ont rapidement réagi. Emmanuel Boateng a égalisé dans les toutes dernières secondes de la première période (45e+2), avant que Halil Dervisoglu ne donne l’avantage définitif aux siens à la 59e minute.

Une domination stérile pour Hatayspor

Hatayspor a peiné à contenir les assauts d’une équipe de Gaziantep bien en jambes. Les stats parlent d’elles-mêmes : 56% de possession, 24 tirs tentés (dont 6 cadrés) pour les Rouge et Noir, contre une équipe visiteuse limitée dans ses intentions offensives.

Classement et suite du programme

Grâce à cette victoire, Gaziantep conforte sa 7e place avec 42 points, pendant que Hatayspor reste englué en zone rouge, 18e et avant-dernier du classement avec seulement 19 points au compteur.

Le haut du tableau reste dominé par les géants : Galatasaray (1er avec 74 points) et Fenerbahçe (2e avec 71 points).

Turkey: Vincent Aboubakar Scores Again, But Hatayspor Falls to Gaziantep


Despite a goal from Vincent Aboubakar, Hatayspor couldn't avoid defeat on the road against Gaziantep, losing 2-1 in matchday 31 of the Turkish Super Lig. The Cameroonian striker opened the scoring in the 38th minute, netting his 7th goal of the season in the league.

However, the home side responded before halftime through Emmanuel Boateng (45+2’), and then took the lead for good in the 59th minute, thanks to Halil Dervişoğlu.

Gaziantep Dominates in Possession and Shots

Gaziantep controlled the match, enjoying 56% possession, and firing 24 shots (including 6 on target), showing more attacking intent throughout. Hatayspor, meanwhile, struggled to hold the ball and create clear chances.

Standings and Upcoming Fixtures

The win helps Gaziantep solidify its spot in the top half of the table, sitting 7th with 42 points. Hatayspor, on the other hand, remains in trouble — 18th and second-to-last in the league with just 19 points.

At the top of the table, Galatasaray leads with 74 points, closely followed by Fenerbahçe with 71 points.
