Le leader du Mouvement pour la Renaissance du Cameroun dénonce le harcèlement dont est l'objet Albert Nzongang son conseiller spécial.

COMMUNIQUÉ SUR LE HARCELEMENT DONT EST L'OBJET LE CONSEILLER SPECIAL DU PRESIDENT NATIONAL DU MRC, MONSIEUR ALBERT DZONGANG.

Monsieur Albert DZONGANG, Conseiller spécial du Président national du MRC, a réagi récemment, dans une vidéo, aux propos orduriers et provocateurs du Ministre de l'Administration Territoriale.
Après avoir rappelé combien le MRC est attaché au changement dans les urnes et dans la paix, il a rappelé au Ministre, avec raison, qu'ELECAM qui reçoit les candidatures est un organisme indépendant; qu'il en est de même du Conseil Constitutionnel; et que ni l'un ni l'autre ne sont placés sous la tutelle du Ministère de l'Administration Territoriale, ni d'aucune institution de l'Etat.
Puis, il a précisé qu'en conséquence le Ministre en question n'a ni le droit, ni le pouvoir d'arrêter la liste des candidats à l'élection présidentielle à venir, et que les camerounais n'accepteraient pas que la candidature de Maurice KAMTO à ladite élection présidentielle soit écartée par les manœuvres et menaces du RDPC et de son régime.

Il a rappelé en outre les obligations légales des membres d'ELECAM et du Conseil Constitutionnel telles qu'elles ressortent de la Constitution et des lois pertinentes, et que l'écrasante majorité des forces de défense et de sécurité resteront loyales à la république.
C'est ce qui semble avoir justifié sa convocation par le Préfet du Wouri et son état-major sécuritaire pour un interrogatoire politique inacceptable.

Le  RDPC a publiquement appelé à un coup d'État immédiat si le candidat du MRC, Maurice KAMTO, était élu Président de la République en octobre prochain. Cela n'a manifestement pas ému monsieur le Préfet et ses collaborateurs en charge du maintien de l'ordre politique décidé par le RDPC.

Le Ministre de l'Administration Territoriale appelle en permanence à l'insurrection d'État, insulte des responsables politiques respectables qu'il traite de façon grossière, s'arroge des compétences réservées à ELECAM et au Conseil Constitutionnel, menace publiquement d'arrêter et d'enfermer pour toujours des responsables politiques qui demandent le respect de l'article 80 du Code Électoral prescrivant la publication de la liste électorale nationale et l'article 15 de la Constitution ainsi que l'article 121 du Code électoral. Et jamais aucun officier de police judiciaire, aucun  procureur de la République, aucune autorité administrative ne s'en est ému.

Malgré tout cela, des fonctionnaires qui agissent ouvertement pour le compte du RDPC ou sous ses ordres utilisent leurs fonctions pour essayer de faire taire les adversaires politiques du régime.
Ce que le Préfet du Wouri a fait hier, 25 mars 2025, est grave à tous égards. Déjà, alors qu'il était en fonction à Ebolowa dans le Département de la Mvilla, il s'était distingué par son hostilité manifeste et assumée contre le MRC et ses militants.

Dans l'intérêt de notre pays, je vais me permettre un conseil: que  les responsables des services de sécurité du Wouri, et plus généralement du pays, cessent de donner à l'opposition, comme c'est le cas, l'impression qu'ils sont leurs adversaires politiques.

Le pouvoir va changer de main au terme du scrutin présidentiel à venir et le Cameroun continuera de fonctionner, avec tous (fonctionnaires et agents publics), ou sans ceux qui se seront mis en marge.
Le MRC est totalement solidaire du Conseiller Spécial de son Président National, Monsieur Albert DZONGANG.

Le MRC met solennellement en garde le pouvoir contre les dérives dictatoriales qui se manifestent à travers la multiplication des arrestations, inculpations et détentions politiques des responsables politiques, des membres de la société civile et des Camerounais ordinaires qui dévoilent les éléments de la fraude électorale en préparation par ELECAM, le RDPC et ses ramifications dans diverses administrations du pays, y compris, faut-il craindre, le Conseil Constitutionnel dont les incompétences juridiques alléguées sont aujourd'hui des éléments d'une suspicion légitime.

PRESS RELEASE ON THE HARASSMENT OF THE SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE CRM, MR ALBERT DZONGANG.

Mr Albert DZONGANG, Special Adviser to the National President of the CRM, recently reacted in a video to the filthy and provocative comments made by the Minister of Territorial Administration.
After reiterating the CRM's commitment to change through the ballot box and in peace, he rightly reminded the Minister that ELECAM, which receives candidatures, is an independent body; that the same is true of the Constitutional Council; and that neither is under the supervision of the Ministry of Territorial Administration or any other State institution.

He then pointed out that consequently the Minister in question has neither the right nor the power to draw up the list of candidates for the forthcoming presidential election, and that Cameroonians would not accept Maurice KAMTO's candidature for the said presidential election being ruled out by the manoeuvres and threats of the CPDM and its regime.

He also recalled the legal obligations of the members of ELECAM and the Constitutional Council as set out in the Constitution and relevant laws, and that the overwhelming majority of the defence and security forces will remain loyal to the Republic.

This seems to have justified his summons by the Divisional Officer of Wouri Division and his security staff for an unacceptable political interrogation.

The CPDM has publicly called for an immediate coup d'état if the Candidate of the CRM, Maurice KAMTO, is elected President of the Republic next October. This clearly did not move the Divisional Officer and his collaborators in charge of maintaining the political order decided by the CPDM.
The Minister of Territorial Administration is constantly calling for a state insurrection, insulting respectable political leaders whom he treats rudely, arrogating to himself powers reserved for ELECAM and the Constitutional Council, and publicly threatening to arrest and lock up for ever political leaders who demand compliance with Article 80 of the Electoral Code requiring the publication of the national electoral roll, Article 15 of the Constitution and Article 121 of the Electoral Code. And not a single judicial police officer, public prosecutor or administrative authority has ever raised an eyebrow.

Despite all this, civil servants who act openly on behalf of the CPDM or under its orders use their functions to try to silence the regime's political opponents.

What the Divisional Officer of Wouri Division did yesterday, 25 March 2025, is serious in every respect. Already, when he was in office in Ebolowa in the Division of Mvilla, he had distinguished himself by his open and assumed hostility towards the CRM and its militants.

In the interests of our country, I will take the liberty of advising those in charge of the security services in Wouri, and more generally in the country, to stop giving the opposition the impression, as is the case, that they are their political adversaries.

Power will change hands at the end of the forthcoming presidential election and Cameroon will continue to function, with all civil servants and public agents, or without those who have stepped aside.

The CRM stands in total solidarity with the Special Adviser to its National President, Mr Albert DZONGANG.

The CRM solemnly warns those in power against the dictatorial excesses that are manifesting themselves through the multiplication of arrests, indictments and political detentions of political leaders, members of civil society and ordinary Cameroonians who are revealing the elements of the electoral fraud being prepared by ELECAM, the CPDM and its ramifications in various administrations of the country, including, it is to be feared, the Constitutional Council whose alleged legal incompetence are today elements of legitimate suspicion.
