The three clubs emerged champions in their various groups and will play in the League Two championship next year.

The tournament for ascension to the League Two championship ended over the weekend in Bertoua with PWD of Bamenda, AS Fortuna of Mfou and Stade Renard of Melong gaining their promotion to the League Two championship. The tournament which was reserved for the ten Regional League champions saw three teams emerged champions of their various groups and thereby automatically qualifying for the superior League Two championship.

AS Fortuna beat AS Bethel of Ngaoundere 1-0 in their last group game to confirm her domination of Group A by winning all their three matches to record a nine on nine points. After languishing in the North West Regional League for a very long time, PWD bounced back to the national scene by edging AS Menoua 1-0 in a decisive last Group B game to sail through with six points. The second trial turned out to be the best for A S Stade Renard of Melong announced their intentions with a good performance during the Cup of Cameroon competition. The club from the Littoral Region walloped Santos of Koza 3-0 to equally register a one hundred per cent success rate.
